Studio Policies

• September 1  No Lessons, Labor Day
• November 24-30  No Lessons, Thanksgiving 
• December 12 Christmas Recital
• December 19 - 31 No Lessons, Christmas 
• January 1 - 5 No Lessons, New Years 
• March 16 - 22 No Lessons, Spring Break 
• May 8 - Spring Recital (tentative)
• May 25 - No Lessons, Memorial Day
• July 3 - 7  No Lessons, Independence Day

Tuition is due the 1st of each month. 

Tuition covers

• Reserved lesson time for weekly lessons
• Recorded video feedback for missed lessons from the student
• Teacher software, materials, books, apps

Payments are due the 1st of each month, and considered late and subject to a $20 late fee after the 15th.

Students are expected to attend all scheduled lessons. Tuition and enrollment fees are non-refundable and makeup lessons are not scheduled.  

Teacher absence: When the teacher becomes ill, they will let the parent know and  reschedule the lesson.

A written notice of withdrawal from lessons must be submitted via email by the 15th of the month to stop billing for the following month.
